At CuroTech, we help developers and turnkey contractors to ensure complete and up-to-date FID documentation for their construction projects. During a construction project, we take care of all documentation collection, reminders and quality assurance for subcontractors - whether on behalf of the client or the turnkey contractor. Our team ensures that all necessary information is correctly collected and uploaded to FDVweb, giving the client a complete and professional overview of everything they need.

We understand how important it is to have the right FM documentation, which is why we coordinate information from subcontractors to ensure a comprehensive documentation package. When the project is complete, the FM documentation will include drawings, user manuals and internal control routines - everything needed for efficient operation and maintenance.

Upgrading of existing projects

Do you have documentation on a flash drive or stored somewhere else? We'll help you structure and upload all your important documents to FDVweb so they're easily accessible around the clock. Our team can also add the necessary internal control routines so that you always have a full overview and up-to-date documents in one place.

Tenant customization

When modifying or adapting existing buildings to meet specific needs, we offer tailored solutions such as:

This ensures that customizations are documented according to requirements and standards, and that FDVweb is kept up-to-date and user-friendly.

New build / renovation

For new construction projects, we start the process
by collecting key information such as:

• Number of floors
• Commercial, residential or both
• Total number of square meters
• How much of this is parking

With this basis, we prepare an offer. We take responsibility for coordinating and collecting all the necessary documentation from subcontractors, ensuring that everything meets the requirements, and uploading the documentation to FDVweb. All documentation is sorted according to Norwegian standards and the building component table for an orderly structure.
